Some computer repairs can be done on your own, with a little searching on the Internet using our friend Google. There are those that require a little more expertise than what you may be comfortable with. This is where I fit in.
Remote Option
Some problems can be fixed without even leaving your home and unplugging your computer. If you need urgent or immediate computer assistance, I provide online computer support, where you can watch every step of the way via a secure, private connection that is encrypted with a 128-bit key.
All you need is an Internet connection and a quick download of software to make it all happen. I can take control of your computer and depending on the issue can correct it and have you up and running in no time. I can try remote assistance first, then if that does not work it will require to be looked at in person.
I utilize TeamViewer a software program that establishes connections between your computer (at your home or office) and any other PC all around the world within just a few seconds. With this program I can remotely control anybody’s PC as if I were sitting right in front of it.
In order to keep my prices as low as I do and offer the little extras, computers need to be brought to my onsite location. In some instances, if that is not possible, I can pick up, deliver and set up for a small fee.
